Insurance Policy Specialist

Job Description

This role provides efficient issuance of insurance policies and ongoing administrative support for our underwriting teams.

  • Create new and renewal insurance policies within our technical policy system.
  • Analyse technical data and calculate transactions including limits, premiums and deductions.

Operational excellence is key in this role:

  • Review and reply to broker and client requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage accurate maintenance of policy documentation and correspondence onto our e-filing platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Professional experience as a policy technician or administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of policy coverage and limits.
  • Effective communication skills for verbal and written interactions with clients and brokers.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.

Working Requirements
